    Durante il Corso si affrontano i seguenti argomenti:A) Imprenditorialità e innovazione- Il concetto di imprenditorialità: i principali studi in tema di startup e corporate entrepreneurship.- Il processo e la gestione delle iniziative imprenditoriali - Imprenditorialità e conoscenza - Opportunità e spillover (tecnologico e di conoscenza) – Gli imprenditori della conoscenza e della tecnologia.- Il trasferimento di conoscenza e tecnologia dall’università all’impresa – Università e sviluppo locale - Lo spin-off: un’opzione imprenditoriale a supporto dello sviluppo di matrice esterna.B) Le strategie per lo sviluppo- Visione strategica e sviluppo aziendale: Strategie competitive – Strategie per l’innovazione – Strategia di integrazione.C) Il business plan- Il business plan: le funzioni informative; i piani; le regole per la redazione; la forma giuridica; proprietà intellettuale; redditività; gli schemi economico-finanziari; il finanziamento della nuova impresa.- Lo start-up dell’impresa.

    Obiettivi formativi

    Ai fini formativi il Corso fornisce agli studenti gli strumenti utili a redigere un piano per l’avvio di una nuova impresa e/o di un nuovo business anche mediante l’applicazione di modelli e tecniche già note (applying knowledge and understanding); sul piano teorico mette a sistema le conoscenze sui temi dell’imprenditorialità e creazione d’impresa con quelli inerenti le principali scelte strategiche.Grazie all’equilibrato mix di teoria e applicazioni pratiche (anche di laboratorio) si contribuisce a sviluppare il sapere e le capacità di comprensione (knowledge and understanding) delle dinamiche in atto della specifica disciplina in coerenza con gli obiettivi formativi del corso di laurea.Il ricorso all’uso di case history e applicazioni pratiche di laboratorio migliora l’autonomia di giudizio (making judgements) nell’elaborazione di soluzioni di problem solving secondo una logica imprenditoriale.Le attività di Laboratorio vedono gli studenti come parte attiva; gli studenti che vogliono formare dei gruppi elaborano dei pw e poi sperimentano l’attività di comunicazione dei lavori effettuati secondo la logica del role playing e/o direttamente a un pubblico di esperti e operatori (communication skills). In questo modo si alimenta lo sviluppo di capacità di apprendimento utili per interpretare in maniera autonoma documenti, organigrammi, report e documenti oggetto delle analisi on desk effettuate (learning skills).

    Prerequisiti

    Gli studenti devono conoscere le principali teorie d’impresa e sui comportamenti imprenditoriali e strategici; essi devono sapere applicare i modelli su cui si fonda la gestione delle imprese (direzionale e operativa) con particolare riferimento ai modelli di analisi strategica e agli schemi utili alle valutazioni economiche e finanziarie.

    Metodologie didattiche

    Il Corso prevede delle attività obbligatorie ed altre opzionali riservate ai “corsisti pro-attivi” (ad inizio Corso saranno dichiarati i requisiti minimi necessari per essere considerati "corsisti pro-attivi"):- per tutti gli studenti:a) lezioni, oltre che ex cathedra anche con la discussione di articoli. Le lezioni sono basate su meccanismi di interazione con il coinvolgimento attivo degli studenti che sono continuamente invitati a partecipare alla discussione con autonomia di giudizio, esprimendo idee, formulando domande, presentando esempi, in modo da stimolare la riflessione sui temi in discussione.b) simulazioni in laboratorio attraverso presentazione di case studies, piani d’impresa e schemi economico-finanziari.c) testimonianze applicative: durante il Corso alcune giornate sono dedicate ad ospitare imprenditori, manager, operatori finanziari, rappresentanti istituzionali, docenti universitari, professionisti di consolidata esperienza, per apportare le loro esperienze su specifici argomenti del corso e/o presentando case history aziendali.- per gli studenti “corsisti pro-attivi”:d) aggregati in gruppi elaborano un project work sviluppando le idee di business individuate a valle di una Business Idea Competition. Il project work sarà presentato in plenaria a fine Corso.

    Metodi di valutazione

    La prova finale per tutti gli studenti consiste nella prova orale. La prova consisterà nella positiva corrispondenza col docente che si risolve in un dialogo da cui sia possibile per il docente valutare il grado di comprensione, assimilazione e applicazione degli istituti approfonditi in un’ottica di problem solving. L’esame può essere superato solo nel caso in cui lo studente risponda in maniera sufficiente alle domande soglia.Per gli studenti che decidono di seguire il Corso (cc.dd. “corsisti” o “corsisti pro-attivi”), alla valutazione finale contribuiranno anche le valutazioni intermedie (espresse sotto forma di mini-punti bonus) attribuiti in occasione delle attività d’aula e di laboratorio previste. Lo studente che decida di seguire il Corso deve contribuire in modo significativo alle attività didattiche.Per i soli studenti “corsisti pro-attivi” si terrà conto degli esiti conseguiti durante le attività fino a rappresentare 1/3 dell'intera prova finale.In tutti i casi i candidati dovranno dimostrare:a) il possesso di adeguate conoscenze e capacità di comprensione delle problematiche esposte o indicate, applicando in maniera pertinente le teorie e i modelli concettuali oggetto del programma;b) il possesso di adeguate conoscenze e capacità di elaborazione e comunicazione di soluzioni coerenti con le problematiche affrontate nel Corso, applicando in maniera pertinente gli strumenti e i modelli concettuali oggetto del programma.In tutte le prove finali, particolare enfasi viene dedicata alla coerenza fra contenuti esposti e abilità comunicative.

    Altre informazioni

    Gli studenti che decidono di frequentare il Corso sono considerati:- “corsisti” se risultano avere frequentato oltre il 70% delle ore di attività svolte (in aula e/o laboratorio).- “corsisti pro-attivi” se hanno entrambi i seguenti requisiti: i) superato la soglia di frequenza per le attività di Laboratorio (75% ore svolte) e per le lezioni frontali (70% ore svolte); ii) elaborato e presentato in gruppo un project work consistente nella redazione di un business plan e del relativo elevator pitch. Per i soli studenti considerati "corsisti pro-attivi" che hanno elaborato un business plan originale, saranno esonerabili i contenuti relativi alla parte “C” del programma.

    Course objectives

    For training purposes the Course provides students with the tools to draw up a plan for starting a new business also through the application of models and techniques already known (applying knowledge and understanding); theoretically it provides system knowledge about entrepreneurship and business creation issues with those inherent in the major strategic choices.Thanks to the balanced mix of theory and practical applications (including laboratory) it will help to develop knowledge and understanding of the dynamics of the specific discipline capacity in line with the educational objectives of the degree course.Recourse to the use of case histories and laboratory practical applications improves students’ independent judgment (making judgements) in the development of problem solving solutions according to business logic.The laboratory activities see students as an active part; students who want to form groups develop pw and make experience of the communication activities performing role playing logic and / or directly to an audience of experts and operators (communication skills). The practical application in laboratory determines the development of learning skills for interpreting independently documents, organization charts, reports and documents of the object on desk analyses performed.

    Prerequisites

    Students must know the main business theories and entrepreneurial and strategic behavior; they must know how to apply the models on which the management of the enterprises is based (directional and operational) with particular reference to the models of strategic analysis and to the schemes useful for economic and financial evaluations.

    Teaching methods

    The course includes compulsory and other optional activities reserved for "pro-active participants" (at the beginning of the course the minimum requirements necessary to be considered "pro-active participants" will be declared):- for all students:a) lessons, as well as ex cathedra also with the discussion of articles. The lessons are based on interaction mechanisms with the active involvement of students who are continuously invited to participate in the discussion with independent judgment, expressing ideas, formulating questions, presenting examples, in order to stimulate reflection on the issues under discussion.b) laboratory simulations through presentation of case studies, business plans and economic-financial schemes.c) application testimonials: during the course some days are dedicated to hosting entrepreneurs, managers, financial operators, institutional representatives, university professors, professionals with consolidated experience, to bring their experiences on specific topics of the course and / or presenting company case histories.- for students "pro-active participants":d) aggregates in groups, elaborate a project work developing the business ideas identified downstream of a Business Idea Competition. At the end of the Course students will present their project work

    Evaluation methods

    The final exam for all students consists of the oral exam. The test will consist in the positive correspondence with the teacher that results in a dialogue from which it is possible for the teacher to evaluate the degree of understanding, assimilation and application of the in-depth institutions in a problem solving perspective. The exam can be passed only if the student satisfactorily answers the threshold questions.For students who decide to follow the course (cc.dd. "attending students" or "pro-active attending students"), the mid-term evaluations classroom and laboratory provided (expressed in the form of bonus mini-points) will also be contributed to the final evaluation. The student who decides to follow the Course must contribute significantly to the teaching activities.For the "pro-active attending students" only, the results achieved during the activities will be taken into account to represent 1/3 of the final test.In all cases, candidates must demonstrate:a) the possession of adequate knowledge and ability to understand the problems exposed or indicated, applying in a relevant manner the theories and conceptual models covered by the program;b) the possession of adequate knowledge and ability to process and communicate solutions consistent with the issues addressed in the Course, applying in a relevant manner the tools and conceptual models covered by the program.In all the final tests, particular emphasis is given to the coherence between exposed contents and communication skills.

    Other information

    Students who decide to attend the course are considered:- "attending students" if they have participated in more than 70% of the hours (in the classroom and / or laboratory).- "pro-active attending students" if they have both the following requirements: i) exceeded the frequency threshold for laboratory activities (75% hours performed) and for lectures (70% hours performed); ii) elaborated and presented in a group a project work consisting in the drafting of a business plan and the related elevator pitch. For students considered as "pro-active attending students" who have developed an original business plan, the contents of the "C" part of the program will be exempt.
