Educational Objectives
The PhD Program in Entrepreneurship and Innovation — jointly organized by the Department of Economics of the University of Campania “Luigi Vanvitelli” and the Department of Business and Quantitative Studies (DiSAQ) of the University of Naples “Parthenope” — aims to guide doctoral students toward the achievement of the following educational objectives:
- understanding the dynamics related to business creation, the development of innovation within organizations in all its forms, the organization of innovation processes, and the use of innovative financial instruments;
- critically analyzing, evaluating, and synthesizing new and complex ideas concerning multidimensional phenomena, including entrepreneurship and innovation;
- mastering research methods in the fields of entrepreneurship and innovation;
- designing and carrying out research projects, using appropriate analytical methodologies, capable of effectively supporting the resolution of identified business challenges and, more broadly, organizational issues;
- producing highly original research that expands the frontiers of knowledge and provides significant scientific contributions — both nationally and internationally — worthy of publication;
