| Teaching methods | The teaching is based on the following articulation: |
| Assessment methods | For students who follow the course, the evaluation process will be structured as follows. In November, during the period in which the Department has scheduled the "learning tests" for the year 2026-2027, the student will be able to take a written open-ended test focused on the topics presented and discussed in the classroom during the lessons held up to that moment. The results of the written test, expressed in thirtieths, will be communicated within a few days of the test itself. In the second part of the course, students will carry out a group project work, in which the individual work of the individual student will be declared and evaluated, with an evaluation expressed in thirtieths. The student will take the final exam through an individual written test focused on the project carried out; The student will receive the communication of the final grade, in which the first test will weigh 50%, 50% the second evaluation, plus a possible bonus (up to two points) defined by the teacher according to the quality of the overall project. The exam, for students who have NOT attended the course, consists of an individual analysis - through open questions - relating to the contents of the textbook and/or to a business case that will be delivered by the teacher during the exam. In both cases, candidates will have to demonstrate: a) the possession of adequate knowledge and understanding of the problems exposed or indicated, applying in a pertinent way the theories, conceptual models and practices of human resource management covered by the program; b) the possession of adequate knowledge and ability to elaborate and communicate solutions consistent with the human resources management problems identified, applying the tools and conceptual models covered by the program in a relevant manner. In both cases, the exam takes place in writing (in about an hour) and possibly, at the student's request, it can be supplemented by an oral test |
