    Obiettivi formativi

    Il Corso fornisce agli studenti le basi conoscitive utili a metabolizzare le applicazioni pratiche sui temi dell’imprenditorialità e dell’innovazione anche mediante l’applicazione di modelli e tecniche note (applying knowledge and understanding); sul piano teorico mette a sistema le conoscenze sui temi dell’imprenditorialità e dell’innovazione. Grazie all’equilibrato mix di teoria e applicazioni pratiche (anche di laboratorio) si contribuisce a sviluppare il sapere e le capacità di comprensione (knowledge and understanding) delle dinamiche in atto delle specifiche discipline in coerenza con gli obiettivi formativi del corso di laurea. Il ricorso all’uso di case history e applicazioni pratiche di laboratorio migliora l’autonomia di giudizio (making judgements) nell’elaborazione di soluzioni di problem solving sperimentando l’attività di comunicazione secondo la logica del role playing e/o direttamente a un pubblico di esperti e operatori (communication skills). In questo modo si alimenta lo sviluppo di capacità di apprendimento utili per interpretare in maniera autonoma documenti, organigrammi, report e documenti oggetto delle analisi on desk effettuate (learning skills).

    Prerequisiti

    Gli studenti devono conoscere le principali teorie d’impresa e sui comportamenti imprenditoriali.

    Metodi didattici

    Il Corso prevede delle attività di base ed altre a libera scelta riservate ai frequentanti:
    - attività di base:
    a) lezioni, oltre che ex cathedra anche con la discussione di articoli. Le lezioni sono basate su meccanismi di interazione con il coinvolgimento attivo degli studenti che sono continuamente invitati a partecipare alla discussione con autonomia di giudizio, esprimendo idee, formulando domande, presentando esempi, in modo da stimolare la riflessione sui temi in discussione.
    - attività a libera scelta per gli studenti frequentanti (in aggiunta a quanto sopra sub a):
    b) testimonianze applicative: durante il Corso saranno ospitati imprenditori, manager, operatori finanziari, rappresentanti istituzionali, docenti universitari, professionisti di consolidata esperienza, per apportare le loro esperienze su specifici argomenti del corso e/o presentando case history aziendali.
    c) aggregati in gruppi elaborano un project work implementando i modelli trattati. Il project work sarà presentato in plenaria a fine Corso.
    d) simulazioni in laboratorio attraverso presentazione di case studies.

    Modalità di verifica dell'apprendimento

    La prova finale per tutti gli studenti consiste nella prova orale. La prova consisterà nella positiva corrispondenza col docente che si risolve in un dialogo da cui sia possibile per il docente valutare il grado di comprensione, assimilazione e applicazione degli istituti approfonditi in un’ottica di problem solving. L’esame può essere superato solo nel caso in cui lo studente risponda in maniera sufficiente alle domande soglia.
    Per gli studenti corsisti, alla valutazione finale contribuiranno anche le valutazioni in occasione delle attività d’aula e di laboratorio previste.
    In tutti i casi i candidati dovranno dimostrare:
    a) il possesso di adeguate conoscenze e capacità di comprensione delle problematiche esposte o indicate, applicando in maniera pertinente le teorie e i modelli concettuali oggetto del programma;
    b) il possesso di adeguate conoscenze e capacità di elaborazione e comunicazione di soluzioni coerenti con le problematiche affrontate nel Corso, applicando in maniera pertinente gli strumenti e i modelli concettuali oggetto del programma.
    In tutte le prove finali, particolare enfasi viene dedicata alla coerenza fra contenuti esposti e abilità comunicative.

    Altre informazioni

    Ai fini dell’identificazione del programma della prova finale di esame, gli studenti sono considerati “frequentanti” se hanno frequentato più del 70% delle ore di attività svolte (in aula e/o in laboratorio).
    In una logica sistemica, le attività didattiche sono pianificate in collaborazione con gli insegnamenti curriculari dello stesso percorso formativo (Economia e Gestione delle start up Innovative e Pianificazione Economico-Finanziaria).

    Course objectives

    The Course provides students with the knowledge bases useful for metabolizing practical applications on the topics of entrepreneurship and innovation also through the application of known models and techniques (applying knowledge and understanding); on a theoretical level, it systematizes knowledge on the topics of entrepreneurship and innovation. Thanks to the balanced mix of theory and practical applications (including laboratory), it contributes to developing knowledge and understanding of the dynamics in action of specific disciplines in line with the educational objectives of the degree course. The use of case histories and practical laboratory applications improves the autonomy of judgment (making judgments) in the development of problem solving solutions by experimenting with communication activities according to the logic of role playing and/or directly to an audience of experts and operators (communication skills). In this way, the development of learning skills useful for autonomously interpreting documents, organizational charts, reports and documents that are the object of on-desk analyses carried out (learning skills) is fostered.

    Prerequisites

    Students must know the main theories of business and entrepreneurial behavior.

    Teaching methods

    The Course includes basic activities and other free-choice activities reserved for attending students:
    - basic activities:
    a) lectures, as well as ex cathedra also with the discussion of articles. The lectures are based on interaction mechanisms with the active involvement of students who are continuously invited to participate in the discussion with autonomy of judgment, expressing ideas, formulating questions, presenting examples, in order to stimulate reflection on the topics under discussion.
    - free-choice activities for attending students (in addition to the above sub a):
    b) applied testimonials: during the Course, entrepreneurs, managers, financial operators, institutional representatives, university professors, professionals with consolidated experience will be hosted to contribute their experiences on specific topics of the course and/or by presenting company case histories.
    c) aggregated in groups, they develop a project work implementing the models covered. The project work will be presented in plenary at the end of the Course.
    d) laboratory simulations through the presentation of case studies.

    Assessment methods

    The final exam for all students consists of an oral exam. The exam will consist of a positive correspondence with the teacher that ends in a dialogue from which it is possible for the teacher to evaluate the degree of understanding, assimilation and application of the institutes studied in depth from a problem solving perspective. The exam can be passed only if the student responds sufficiently to the threshold questions.
    For students attending the course, the final evaluation will also be influenced by the evaluations during the planned classroom and laboratory activities.
    In all cases, candidates must demonstrate:
    a) possession of adequate knowledge and ability to understand the problems exposed or indicated, applying the theories and conceptual models covered in the program in a relevant manner;
    b) possession of adequate knowledge and ability to develop and communicate solutions consistent with the problems addressed in the Course, applying the tools and conceptual models covered in the program in a relevant manner.
    In all final exams, particular emphasis is given to the coherence between the contents exposed and communication skills.

    Other information

    For the purposes of identifying the final exam program, students are considered "attending" if they have attended more than 70% of the hours of activities carried out (in the classroom and/or in the laboratory).
    In a systemic logic, the teaching activities are planned in collaboration with the curricular teachings of the same training path (Economics and Management of innovative start-ups and Economic-financial planning).
