Contenuti | Il corso ha l’obiettivo di fornire agli studenti i concetti e i modelli legati al business planning e alla creazione d’impresa in modo da permetter loro di comprendere fenomeno della creazione di nuove imprese in modo esaustivo. |

Obiettivi formativi | Gli obiettivi formativi sono declinabili attraverso i c.d. “descrittori di Dublino”: |
Prerequisiti | Conoscenze in ambito manageriale sviluppate durante i Corso di Studio triennali. |
Metodologie didattiche | L’apprendimento è basato principalmente sullo studio individuale e sulla redazione, in gruppo, di un business plan. Durante il corso gli studenti sono coinvolti in esercitazioni individuali, convegni, seminari e visite aziendali in modo da coniugare teoria e pratica. |
Metodi di valutazione | Gli studenti sono valutati individualmente, in base a lavori svolti singolarmente e in gruppo. La valutazione complessiva è basata sulla partecipazione attiva in prove scritte (business plan), presentazioni in aula (presentazione dei progetti) e sulla prova orale finale. |

Contents | The course aims to provide students with concepts and frameworks related to the business planning and to the creation of new ventures so that they can comprehend phenomenon of new venture creation in a very complete way. |

Course objectives | Educational aims can be expressed through the so-called “Dublin descriptors”: |
Prerequisites | Knowledge go management issues acquired during bachelor programs. |
Teaching methods | Learning is mainly based on personal studying and on the drafting – by small groups of students – of a business plan. During the course, students are involved in individual exercises, conferences, seminars and visits to ventures in order to combine theory and practice. |
Evaluation methods | Students are evaluated individually, according to the assignments carried out on their own and as a group. The overall evaluation is linked to the dynamic participation in written tests (business plan), to the presentation in the class (presentation of projects) and to the final oral test. |
Other information | During the course, managers are invited to act as speakers. |
