| Other information | 1) Erasmus students will be invited to meet with the professor on a weekly basis in order to check their understanding of the topics being studied, to develop a critical comparison with the institutions in their country of origin and to refine their technical legal language. In order to facilitate the study of Erasmus students, an English language reference text will be offered to them. 2).Additional teaching material. Jurisprudential pronouncements and documents, provided by the professor, concerning any new legislation not mentioned in the textbooks. 3). Thesis. All the legal institutes dealt with in the course lend themselves to the drafting of dissertations, the specific topics of which will be agreed with the lecturer, on the basis of the preferences expressed by the candidate. 4). In the event of any doubts or incomprehension, students are strongly advised to make use of the professor's reception hours, whom they can also contact at any time, for the same purposes, using the e-mail address published on the website. 5). Students are strongly encouraged to attend the course and to participate in the tutorials, during which exam simulations will be carried out and any topics explained in the classroom on which students still have doubts will be repeated. |
