    Contenuti

    Contents

The teaching will focus on private law institutions.
It will be taken into account that our students are students of Economics, not of Jurisprudence. For this reason the study of the themes will be concentrated, always having regard to the effects of the internal and supranational law in the economic reality.
Emphasis will be placed on the sources of law, underlining that, in the age of globalization, the future professionist will have to solve the practical problems by analyzing both national and supranational legislation.
Focus will be placed on the issues of subjective legal situations, contracts, obligations and civil liability, constantly pointing out that the understanding and knowledge of private law institutions is fundamental for the study of commercial law: this is in fact crucial in the career of future accountants, entrepreneurs and business managers.
The analysis of family law and succession law will be in line with the objective of training Economics students. Therefore, will be addressed strictly relevant aspects, which are in line with the Department's comprehensive training study offer, such as the family business and the family pact.
Erasmus students will be invited to meet the teacher weekly, in order to verify the understanding of the issues under study, to develop a critical dialogue of comparison with the institutions of the country of origin and to improve the technical and legal language. In order to facilitate the study of Erasmus students, a reference text in English will be proposed to them.
At the end of each module of teaching topics, Erasmus students will be invited to discuss with their colleagues the differences in discipline with respect to their country of origin.
