Contenuti | Nell’ambito dell’insegnamento vengono presentati i concetti di base di economia e management dell’innovazione e sperimentata – attraverso case study, role playing e project work - l’applicazione degli strumenti utili per la formulazione di una strategia innovation-based. |

Metodologie didattiche | L’insegnamento, attraverso l’analisi dei principali modelli della letteratura e la discussione di casi reali, integra l’approccio teorico con le esperienze di impresa per delineare un percorso d’apprendimento finalizzato all’azione imprenditoriale e manageriale. Metodi di valutazione | La prova di esame consiste in una prova scritta, con domande a risposta aperta e a risposta multipla sui concetti e gli strumenti di analisi oggetto del programma, allo scopo di consentire al docente di valutare il grado di comprensione dei contenuti dell’insegnamento o in alternativa in un’analisi individuale di un caso aziendale che sarà consegnato dal docente in sede di esame. |

Contents | Concepts, models and tools for managing innovation process will be presented and discussed during the course. Application of useful tools for the formulation of an innovation-based strategy will be tested through case studies, role playing and project works. The course focuses on interactive teaching methods, aimed at fostering the acquisition of new knowledge, the ability to understand the strategic processes associated with the development of innovation, the ability to apply this knowledge to real cases or to the implementation of projects for the development of new products, the ability to critically analyze the innovation strategies of a company and the autonomy of judgment in assessing the strategic moves of organizations engaged in innovative processes. |

Teaching methods | The course, through the analysis of the main models of literature and the discussion of real cases, will integrate the theoretical approach with business experiences to outline a learning path aimed at entrepreneurial and managerial action. Participants will be guided in the application of the theoretical knowledge to business cases and situations. The course will be structured as follows: |
Evaluation methods | The examination will consist of a written test, with open-ended and multiple-choice questions on the concepts and analysis tools covered by the program, in order to allow the teacher to assess the degree of understanding of the contents of the course or alternatively in an individual analysis of a business case that will be delivered by the teacher during the examination. |
Other information | Further readings and case material will be distributed, allowing students to explore some of the main issues in greater detail, draw from case histories, prepare project works. |
