Il corso si focalizza sull'analisi della normativa nazionale ed europea dell'economia circolare, sui principi guida e concetti chiave della stessa con particolare riguardo a: problematiche del diritto della sostenibilità, rapporti negoziali della economia circolare, sostenibilità e durabilità del prodotto, energie rinnovabili e comunità energetiche; il tutto anche attraverso una selezione di casi in materia di diritto comparato su alcuni dei temi trattati.

Materiale didattico:
Durante la frequenza al corso verranno forniti dal docente i materiali didattici riepilogativi e di approfondimento degli argomenti trattati in aula (slide, testi legislativi, negoziali, materiale esplicativo).

L'insegnamento si propone di fornire allo studente:
1. i principi base ed i concetti chiave dell'economia circolare;
2. gli strumenti per conoscere e comprendere gli aspetti giuridici dei fenomeni economici e delle dinamiche delle aziende operanti nel settore della Green Economy;
3. gli strumenti di base per un autonomo aggiornamento delle proprie conoscenze acquisite durante il corso.

Conoscenza della lingua italiana, orale e scritta (per studenti italiani). Buona capacità di analisi e sintesi di testi scritti.
Capacità di ragionamento critico.

Il corso si articola in lezioni frontali supportate dall'utilizzo della LIM e di slide, che vertono sull'analisi della normativa nazionale ed europea dell'economia circolare e dei relativi testi giuridici. Lezione frontale. Discussione di casi e sentenze. La frequenza delle lezioni è funzionale all’apprendimento del metodo di studio della materia e all’approfondimento, alla luce delle sentenze più significative, degli aspetti più rilevanti e attuali del diritto dell'economia circolare, oggetto di valutazione in sede di esame orale.

La valutazione della prova orale terrà conto della conoscenza dei profili istituzionali, della capacità di effettuare collegamenti tra le varie parti del programma e di sviluppare argomentazioni critiche, oltre che della chiarezza dell'esposizione.

E' prevista la eventuale partecipazione di relatori esterni che possano contribuire al percorso formativo degli studenti.

The course focuses on the analysis of national and European legislation on the circular economy, on its guiding principles and key concepts with particular regard to: issues of sustainability law, negotiating relationships of the circular economy, product sustainability and durability, renewable energy and energy communities; all this also through a selection of cases in the field of comparative law on some of the topics covered.

Educational material:
During attendance at the course, the teacher will provide summary and in-depth teaching materials on the topics covered in the classroom (slides, legislative and negotiation texts, explanatory material).

The course aims to provide the student with:
1. the basic principles and key concepts of the circular economy;
2. the tools to know and understand the legal aspects of economic phenomena and the dynamics of companies operating in the Green Economy sector;
3. the basic tools for autonomous updating of the knowledge acquired during the course.

Knowledge of the Italian language, oral and written (for Italian students). Good ability to analyze and summarize written texts.
Critical reasoning skills.

The course is divided into frontal lessons supported by the use of the IWB and slides, which focus on the analysis of national and European legislation on the circular economy and the related legal texts. Frontal lesson. Discussion of cases and sentences. Attending lessons is functional to learning the method of studying the subject and to in-depth study, in light of the most significant sentences, of the most relevant and current aspects of circular economy law, which are assessed during the oral exam.

The evaluation of the oral exam will take into account the knowledge of the institutional profiles, the ability to make connections between the various parts of the program and to develop critical arguments, as well as the clarity of the presentation.

The possible participation of external speakers who can contribute to the students' training path is expected.
