Metodi di valutazione | La prova di verifica finale per gli studenti che hanno seguito il corso consiste nell'analisi individuale - attraverso domande aperte - di alcune parti del project work di gruppo elaborato durante il corso, analizzate e discusse anche sulla base delle conoscenze teoriche condivise in aula durante il corso. |

Course objectives | The course provides an introduction to the disciplines and core practices of HRM. Two central themes: How to think systematically and strategically about aspects of managing the organization's human assets, and what really needs to be done to implement these policies |
