Contenuti | Nell’ambito dell’insegnamento vengono illustrati e sperimentati – attraverso case study, applicazioni guidate e project work – modelli e strumenti per la gestione del marketing tradizionale e digitale, coordinando aspetti strategici e politiche operative. L’insegnamento privilegia modalità didattiche volte a favorire lo sviluppo di autonomia di giudizio nell’elaborazione di soluzioni di problem solving a specifiche situazioni “critiche” esemplificative dei problemi che possono caratterizzare l’ambito di riferimento della disciplina. |

Metodologie didattiche | - Lezioni frontali in cui vengono privilegiate modalità interattive di apprendimento (gli studenti sono invitati a partecipare alla discussione con autonomia di giudizio, esprimendo idee, formulando domande, presentando esempi) |
Metodi di valutazione | Per gli studenti che hanno seguito le lezioni, il voto finale verrà determinato sulla base delle valutazioni conseguite alle esercitazioni ed ai casi discussi durante il corso. |

Contents | Models and tools for marketing management coordinating strategic aspects and operational policies will be showed and tested during the course, even through case studies, guided applications and project work. The course privileges teaching methods aimed at encouraging the development of independent judgment in the elaboration of problem solving solutions to specific "critical" situations, representing the problems that may characterize the discipline's reference framework. |

Course objectives | The course has the dual objective of delving into the principles, methodologies and tools of traditional marketing and introducing those related to marketing communication and digital marketing. |
Prerequisites | There are no propaedeutic constraints to take the exam, although it is preferable to have passed Marketing exam. |
Teaching methods | - Ex-cathedra lessons: lectures and seminars that emphasise interactive learning (i.e. students are encouraged to actively take part to the discussion during classes). |
Evaluation methods | For students who have attended lectures, the final grade will be determined on the basis of the evaluations achieved at the exercises and cases discussed during the course. |
