Metodologie didattiche | - Lezioni frontali e seminari tematici in cui vengono privilegiate modalità interattive di apprendimento (gli studenti sono invitati a partecipare alla discussione con autonomia di giudizio, esprimendo idee, formulando domande, presentando esempi). |
Metodi di valutazione | Per gli studenti che frequentano le lezioni, la prova finale consiste nella valutazione dei project work realizzati durante le lezioni (valutazione che è espressa in trentesimi e rappresenta il 50% del voto finale) e in una prova scritta - con domande aperte e a risposta multipla - sulle teorie, i modelli e gli strumenti oggetto del programma (valutazione che è espressa in trentesimi e rappresenta il 50% del voto finale). |

Contents | a) The course aims to give the logical instruments to understand the economics of business groups, considering their origins, their developments, corporate governance processes and the situations in which conflicts of interests may occur. |

Prerequisites | Basic knowledge of business administration and financial accounting |
Teaching methods | - Ex cathedra lessons: lectures and seminars that emphasize interactive learning (i.e. students are encouraged to actively take part to the discussion during classes); |
Evaluation methods | For attending students both continuous assessment methods and final examination will be adopted. Continuous assessments mean that marks obtained for project works, case studies, laboratories etc. during the year will be taken into account for students’ overall result (50% of the final mark). The final examination will consist of a written test (multiple choices and open questions) about theories, models and tools explained during classes (50% of the final mark). |
