Contenuti | Il programma dell’insegnamento ha ad oggetto i seguenti contenuti: contrattazione e innovazione tecnologica. La tutela del consumatore nei contratti di fornitura di contenuti e di servizi digitali. Moneta digitale e criptovalute. Il fenomeno della sharing economy. La contrattazione nel settore bancario: i principali contratti bancari e le innovazioni introdotte dalla tecnologia nella contrattazione bancaria. Open banking e trattamento dei dati personali degli utenti. Blockchain e attività negoziale. Funzioni, patologie e rimedi del contratto concluso mediante smart contract. |
Testi di riferimento | In considerazione dell’attualità degli argomenti trattati, il materiale didattico in forma di saggi e articoli pubblicati sulle principali riviste scientifiche del settore, sarà fornito direttamente dalla docente. |

Prerequisiti | Non sono previste propedeuticità, né sono richiesti particolari prerequisiti. |
Metodologie didattiche | Il corso si svolgerà attraverso 56 ore di lezioni frontali. Nell’ambito dell’attività didattica verranno organizzati seminari di approfondimento. Le lezioni saranno svolte anche con il supporto di strumenti informatici e saranno integrate da esercitazioni individuali o di gruppo su tematiche di particolare interesse per gli studenti. |
Metodi di valutazione | Ciascuno studente, al fine di superare l’esame, che verterà sugli argomenti del programma indicato ed ottenere il riconoscimento degli 8 CFU previsti dal piano di studi, dovrà sostenere una prova orale valutata in trentesimi nelle sedute d’esame previste. Agli studenti che frequentano il corso di lezioni è data la possibilità di preparare un seminario di approfondimento in forma scritta su un argomento a scelta tra quelli proposti dalla docente ed esporlo oralmente in aula ai colleghi e alla docente. Tale seminario tenuto dallo studente sarà oggetto di valutazione nella misura del 35% al fine del superamento dell’esame finale e gli darà la possibilità di essere esonerato in sede d’esame da una parte del programma. |

Contents | The teaching program covers the following contents: negotiation and technological innovation. Consumer protection in contracts for the supply of digital content and services. Digital money and cryptocurrencies. The phenomenon of the sharing economy. Contracting in the banking sector: the main banking contracts and the innovations introduced by technology in banking contracting. Open banking and processing of users' personal data. Blockchain and trading activity. Functions, pathologies and remedies of the contract concluded through smart contracts. |
Textbook and course materials | In consideration of the actuality of the topics covered, the teaching material in the form of essays and articles published in the main scientific journals of the sector will be provided directly by the teacher. |
Course objectives | A) The teaching of contract law, banking and technological innovation |
Prerequisites | There are not requirements nor special prerequisites. |
Teaching methods | The course will take place through 56 hours of frontal lessons. In-depth seminars will be organized as part of the teaching activity. The lessons will also be carried out with the support of IT tools and will be supplemented by individual or group exercises on topics of particular interest to students. |
Evaluation methods | Each student, in order to pass the exam, which will focus on the topics of the indicated program and obtain the recognition of the 8 credits envisaged by the study plan, will have to take an oral test evaluated out of thirty in the scheduled exam sessions. Students who attend the course of lessons are given the opportunity to prepare an in-depth seminar in written form on a topic chosen from among those proposed by the teacher and present it orally in the classroom to colleagues and the teacher. This seminar held by the student will be evaluated in the measure of 35% in order to pass the final exam and will give him the possibility of being exempt from part of the program during the exam. |
