Metodologie didattiche | - Lezioni frontali in cui vengono privilegiate modalità interattive di apprendimento (gli studenti sono invitati a partecipare alla discussione con autonomia di giudizio, esprimendo idee, formulando domande, presentando esempi) |
Metodi di valutazione | La prova finale di esame per gli studenti che hanno seguito il corso consiste nella valutazione del lavoro di analisi e discussione dei casi svolto durante il corso (che è espressa in trentesimi e rappresenta il 30% del voto finale), nella valutazione di un project work, definito dal docente e consegnato a conclusione del corso (che è espressa in trentesimi e rappresenta il 35% del voto finale) e in una prova scritta - con domande aperte e a risposta multipla - sulle teorie, i modelli e gli strumenti oggetto del programma (che è espressa in trentesimi e rappresenta il restante 35% del voto finale). |

Contents | This course will provide students with the frameworks, tools and techniques for developing effective marketing strategy for service firms al well as for service activities carried on within industrial firms. |

Teaching methods | - Ex-cathedra lessons: lectures and seminars that emphasise interactive learning (i.e. students are encouraged to actively take part to the discussion during classes). |
Evaluation methods | For attending students both continuous assessment methods and final examinations will be adopted. In detail, continuous assessments means that the average of the marks obtained for case studies realized during the year will represent 30% of the final mark, the mark obtained for the project work delivered at the end of the course will count for 35% of the final mark, while the final examination (consisting in a written test -multiple-choices and open questions- about theories, models and tools explained during classes) will weight for the remaining 35% of the final mark. |
